booking information
​We advise you to book your overnight stay on time, so you can be sure there’s a tent available. Tours do not need to be booked in advance and can be discussed on arrival. We also accept last minute bookings. Do you want to book your trip within 48 hours before arrival? Then we advise you to contact us directly on Whatsapp or by calling us. This way we can discuss and confirm your booking faster.
Whether we accept a booking depends on weather conditions and the number of available host and guides. When you receive a confirmation by e-mail, your booking is final. These terms and conditions apply. In the confirmation e-mail we give you further details about your arrival and stay. If you have a special request or if you want to change your booking, please contact us directly.
payment
If you book directly with us you do not have to make a deposit or prepayment. You can pay for your booking upon departure. We accept cash payments only, no credit cards. In Wadi Rum Village there are no banks or ATMs so we advise you to bring cash with you. If you prefer to pay us upfront, you can book your overnight stay on Airbnb and your tour on Tripadvisor.
We do our best to match prices across all our channels. This is not always possible due to the exchange rate or promotions. Did you book with us and later see a promotion you missed? Please let us know and we will adjust your booking.
cancellation
We understand that your travel plans can change. That is why our cancellation policy is flexible. Cancellation is free of charge. We ask that you notify us of your cancellation at least 48 hours in advance. This way we are available again for new bookings. Your cancellation is final once you have received confirmation from us.
