First of all, we hope you and your loved ones are in good health. As the world begins to open up again, we look forward to having you travel with us again. We think the wide desert landscape is the perfect place to start travelling again, out in the open, breathing fresh air.
The safety and wellbeing of our travelers and staff are our main priority. Due to the ongoing impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we’ve made some changes to be sure our work will be done in a safe and responsible way. How we perform our work is in line with the recommendations from the Jordanian Government and the World Health Organization.
We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why, when you book with us you have the flexibility to change or cancel your travel plans. Your booking can be paid for upon arrival. We don’t ask for a prepayment or deposit. Cancelling or changing your booking is free and you can re-book when it suits you.
Before travelling, we recommend you check your government’s travel advisory and the official website of the Jordanian Government for the most up to date information about destinations and permitted travel from each country.

What should I arrange before traveling to Jordan?Check what rules your home country has for travel. Check the latest information from the Government of Jordan here. Bring a statement with you stating that you have travel health insurance Install the "Aman" app on your phone Negative result of a PCR test taken within 120 hours before your trip Book a PCR test here before your arrival in Queen Alia airport in Amman and pay upfront. Make sure to take a PCR-test in Jordan if your home country requires you to take a test before your departure in Jordan. What are the Corona rules in Jordan?For the most up to date information about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) please visit the official website of the Jordanian Government. Generally speaking, everyone must respect the social distancing rules, by keeping 1.5 meters away from others when outside the home. A mask is mandatory in the car and when entering public places such as government buildings, shops, companies and health centers. If you don’t follow the rules, you risk a fine.

Who can I contact about questions on Covid-19?You can contact the customer care center of the Jordan Tourist Office by e-mail or phone. When you are in Jordan and you have questions about Corona, you can call the Ministry Of Health.

What are your hygiene and safety measurements?Our policy is in line with recommendations from Jordanian Government and the World Health Organization. We are also putting additional measures in place, to ensure that we maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Will you require screening or COVID-19 testing before travel?All government required tests are conducted at the airport. We do not request additional tests. We want to offer our customers a safe environment and ask our customers to contribute to this as well. We ask you to report it to us if you have any Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms or if you had close contact with some who has suspected or confirmed the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Can I get a refund if I am unwell before my trip and unable to travel?If you are unwell prior to travelling, please stay at home and contact us to make alternative arrangements. We don’t ask for a prepayment or deposit, so cancelling or changing your booking is free. If you booked with a discount, you can re-book for the same price when it suits you.

What if there is a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 on my trip?If you or someone else on your trip has symptoms of COVID-19 while travelling with us, we will assist you to get medical care. We will follow the advice of local health authorities on whether a COVID-19 test is required, whether there is a need to self-isolate or quarantine or whether there is a risk to other travelers in the group. Should COVID-19 be confirmed, full health and safety protocols will be enacted, including informing local health authorities, informing the group of the potential exposure, and sanitation protocols such as deep cleaning and disinfecting accommodation and transport. Please note that while we will assist to ensure that you get all the help and support you require, all expenses for testing, treatment or self-isolation will need to be covered by you.

If I get COVID-19 on my trip will I get my money back?If you are unable to continue travelling with us due to a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 we won’t charge you for the unused tour or unused days of your trip.

Will I have to wear a mask when travelling? Will you provide masks?We will follow the advice of the Jordanian Government and the World Health Organization regarding wearing masks. The current advice is that if you are healthy, you don’t need to wear a mask on the tour. Please be aware that the advice might change. Check the airline and Jordanian Government advice on whether wearing a mask is required, as you will need to source your mask if it is a requirement. We don’t provide masks for travelers.

Will you put limits on the number of travelers in a vehicle to adhere to social distancing?Our tours are normally based on sharing the jeep with other travelers. We will only ask you to share a jeep if we can assure you this is in line with the recommendations of the Jordanian Government and the World Health Organization. If possible, we will use a separate jeep for each tour group. Additional costs for a private tour may apply, we will communicate this with you in advance.

Will there be changes made to the itinerary and inclusions of my trip due to COVID-19 related travel restrictions?As for now, there’s no need to make changes to the activities or tour sites. We will keep you updated before arrival when changes may apply. Before travelling, we recommend you check the official website of the Jordanian Government for the most up to date information about the main sites.
