Should COVID-19 be confirmed, full health and safety protocols will be enacted, including informing local health authorities, informing the group of the potential exposure, and sanitation protocols such as deep cleaning and disinfecting accommodation and transport. Please note that while we will assist to ensure that you get all the help and support you require, all expenses for testing, treatment or self-isolation will need to be covered by you.

We will follow the advice of the Jordanian Government and the World Health Organization regarding wearing masks. The current advice is that if you are healthy, you don’t need to wear a mask on the tour. Please be aware that the advice might change. Check the airline and Jordanian Government advice on whether wearing a mask is required, as you will need to source your mask if it is a requirement. We don’t provide masks for travelers.
Will you put limits on the number of travelers in a vehicle to adhere to social distancing?
Our tours are normally based on sharing the jeep with other travelers. We will only ask you to share a jeep if we can assure you this is in line with the recommendations of the Jordanian Government and the World Health Organization. If possible, we will use a separate jeep for each tour group. Additional costs for a private tour may apply, we will communicate this with you in advance.

As for now, there’s no need to make changes to the activities or tour sites. We will keep you updated before arrival when changes may apply. Before travelling, we recommend you check the official website of the Jordanian Government for the most up to date information about the main sites.
